We welcome students for medical shadowing at many stages of their education. Some are high school students seeking their first exposure to medicine. Others are college students fulfilling observation hours before applying to a health professions program.
How to shadow with a WPMG medical provider
At this time, we do not offer matching services.
Students who have already identified a physician or PA to shadow must get their agreement before filling out our application. Choose shadowing dates with the provider well in advance.
As soon as possible, review the immunity requirements below and plan enough time to meet the requirements before you shadow.
Fill out the Learning Application and allow 3 weeks for review of your information. We will respond with an approval e-mail or request additional information if needed.
