Washington Permanente Medical Group hosts students from many schools from around the state and county. We have teaching relationships with approximately 100 schools. We host students for clinical rotations in core disciplines, such as Pediatrics and Family Medicine. An active affiliation agreement is needed for Washington Permanente Medical Group to host visiting students.
If you are interested in hosting a student for a clinical elective please contact the Office of Medical Education. The office will confirm that there is an active agreement or work with our legal department to create one. Once completed we will contact you to arrange a formal rotation. Most students that come to us historically come from schools with active AA’s. Please let us know the dates for the student and the department of GME will ensure that the forms are completed.
